I just wanted to say HI! Mommy just gave me a bath and Daddy is smootchin' all over me!

Hello everybody! This is the face I make when I feel my two bottom teeth growing in.

Or this one!

Mommy has me looking like I'm straight out of the sixties with these funky jammies. Can you believe that they are for 12-18 months? My doc told Mommy on Monday that I am the size of an average 14 month old!

See you this weekend...hang in there, only three more days! xo Eli

I'm Six Months Old Today...Mommy took me for a photo shoot...I was pretty serious, but there are a few happy ones...(two are being held back until after April Holiday Cards go out...hint hint).

Dude, I'm six months old...didn't the lady who was taking my photos know that I don't stand yet, I don't drive yet, and I certainly don't like how crazy she was acting, trying to make me smile...she was freaking me out! Mommy was laughing, and told me this would be over soon...then I began to smile!

See you this weekend! Hugs, Baby Eli

Everywhere I go, people say, "oh my gosh! he has such big blue eyes and big cheeks!" I wonder what the heck they are talking about?

In the morning, Dad, Frisco and I looked at books...
well, I like to eat them too...
Frisco said, "may I see the photos too? so I showed him...he likes the fish and I like the butterfly and train...
Later in the afternoon, Mommy took me to the park to play on the swings...
I scream and laugh out loud.... or try out new sounds or go into deep thought...

On the way back, it was cold! Mommy wrapped me in a blanket and put the stroller cover in front of my face, so the wind wouldn't get me...I was annoyed...that dumb wind!!! When we got home, you can imagine how happy I was to see Daddy napping...we did our usual....
Well, another busy week with new adventures...next week, I will be six months, MAN I've learned a lot...I look a lot different from My Mommy says, "You will never know how much we love you until you have your own baby." She's wierd....

See ya next week! xo Eli

Happy Belated St. Patrick's Day to all our Irish Friends. I wore this bib from my Great-Grandma yesterday...even though we're not Irish. I'm mostly French on Daddy and Mommy's sides, with good size chunks of Russian and Romanian from Daddy plus English and German from Mommy...yes, an American 'mutt'.

Well, in honor of my Irish 'peeps' I had peas...I LOOOOVE peas and Mommy finally let me hold the spoon, which I have been trying to do for a month! squash is quite good too!

Here are some photos of me on Wednesday, the 15th, (early in the morning)...
I don't look sick, do I? Well, in the afternoon, when Mommy picked me up from Auntie Cheryl's I wasn't feeling well and one of my ears hurt to touch. We saw Dr. Mackey at 5 pm and he said that I had an ear infection! YUCK! He gave me some Amoxicillin, which I will have to take for the next 10 days. It has been working...I feel much better...plus it tastes good!

Here are a few photos in my new bath, taken Tuesday night and Wednesday night...

I got this new 'stander' last Sunday, since I just love to be up higher and see it all. Honestly, this isn't high enough...I LOOOOOVE to be held up high. Boy is there a lot to see!

In the evening, our friend Jennifer came over to watch a movie and have pizza! She's nice!

See you tomorrow! xo Eli

Do I look sick to you?! Of course not, but according to the thermometer, at 6:30 am I had a temp a little over 100...cough a little, sneeze a little, runny nose, and smile a lot. The photos above in my train outfit was at 8:00 when it went back to 99, so I'm sure I'll be better soon. Mommy and Daddy will be giving me lots of attention today (I know, more than usual).

Here I am discovering my shoelaces...

Sunday afternoon naps with Daddy are the best!

Have a great week! See you next weekend...xo Eli

Forever Young, Bob Dylan

May God bless and keep you always, May your wishes all come true, May you always do for others And let others do for you. May you build a ladder to the stars And climb on every rung, May you stay forever young. May you grow up to be righteous, May you grow up to be true, May you always know the truth And see the lights surrounding you. May you always be courageous, Stand upright and be strong, May you stay forever young. May your hands always be busy, May your feet always be swift, May you have a strong foundation When the winds of changes shift. May your heart always be joyful, May your song always be sung, May you stay forever young.
