Jes Drumming Rush's YYZ w/Prog Rock Cast

| Jes said he was so nervous, playing YES and RUSH songs, as the youngest member of "Prog Rock" cast this season. Jesse's drum teacher, John Clardy, wrote, "Very proud of Jesse in his first season in the performance program! He had some very difficult material and did a great job working through it. With him in the Queen show next season I'm going to really try to get him hitting harder consistently. the Prog show is a great one to precede Queen as while the latter's material doesn't feature quite the same level of musicianship, Queen's music often has difficult arrangements, of which he now has experience with from learning Yes songs." |
