I am 15 months old today!

I slept in, and feel great! ...for those of you I haven't been fortunate enough to meet YET...I love to hug and I hug everyone and everything... its aaaaaaaall about the snuggle!! I am looking forward to the next couple days! Hanumas at Grandma and Grandpa's house and Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa's house...MORE HUGS! We haven't even opened this gift from Cousins Paul and Erin in Florida yet . It came yesterday. I am beginning to think December is my favorite month! Okay, Mommy and I are going shopping...OY! Catchya later!

Last Night of Hanukkah... I played a little hide & seek with Mommy, I had a little dinner, I have the last candle in my mouth (tee hee) then passed out the gifts... I made out!! I had to open all the rest of the Hanukkah gifts, at home, since Daddy lit the 8th candle. Before I left Nana's house, they all gave me a Cool Dump Truck and Bulldozer!! So nice! then I opened a few gifts from my parents...Elmo Tennies, a statue with me and Mickey Mouse, and money for my savings account!! I opened the rest of the gifts from my Great Uncle Gordie and Great Aunt Conni...a cool CD called Sea Tunes for Kids, then a Baby See Baby Do book and an awesome firetruck from France. Our cousins in Seattle sent me a monkey stuffed animal and three awesome books! Little Lamb, Sheep in Jeep, and Good Night Gorrilla. They are so nice!

Poor Poor Me... little Eli here has been home since Monday night! My fever went away today though. It is getting old...the coughing, the sneezing, the aches, getting my nose wiped (UGH!), the boredom, the medicine every six hours...OY! My Doctor said, "more children are sick than not this time of year...all you can do is keep his fever down and wait it out...drinking a lot of water" (which I do anyway). I miss the outdoors...I miss everyone at Little Lambs and my pals, Gus and Zachary. The bright side is, I get to see my parents more... they are taking turns 'nursing' me back to health.

I need more hands...

Night 6 gifts included two books...one with a CD and song book from Great Uncle Gordie and Great Aunt Conni. Cousins Larry and Howie got me My First PARSHA READER - THE BOOK OF BERAISHIS. Cool!

Today I woke with 102.7 fever!! OH BOY!! Mommy and Daddy both stayed home with me at different times, so I could get better. I went to the doctor and he said that I have a cold, which is contagious until my fever is down for 24 hours...meanwhile, Motrin every six hours...Nana told Mommy that my friends miss me and to give me a big hug!

Well, I opened another gift tonight...a Mickey Mouse in a car nighlight! The headlights put a little light in my room at night!

Talk about COLD!! I looked like I was dressed for the snow today...the temperature is dropping drastically. My friend Gus gave me a cool truck!! (I got this photo off his Blog http://www.augustus-winslow.blogspot.com/) My parents let me open it as my 4th Day Hanukkah gift. I met him at the end of September, right after I turned one. In the last 2-1/2 months, he has become quite a good pal of mine. We 'hang out' at Nana's house Monday through Thursday.

This afternoon, I woke from my 2nd nap with a fever of 100.9 and coughing... my Parents gave me medicine and I fell right to sleep....

Hanukkah Day 3...we hung out at home in the morning...

Then, we visited Bob and Maggie in Anaheim Hills...they have a biiiiiiiiiig house that I ran around in.... They let me play with Kleenex....

and their fruit bowl.... they also gave me a gift...A BIG POOFTY TEDDY BEAR!

Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house to celebrate Uncle Landon's 37th birthday, which is Tuesday, really...I like to watch him play piano

My Aunt Vicki, Uncle Vance, Cousins Garret and Spencer, in Canada, sent me Moccasins made by Canadian Eskimos!

Hanukkah Day 2 - In the mail, I got a check, for my savings account, from Great Great Aunt Carol in Chicago...so thoughtful!

When Daddy got home from work, he lit the 2nd candle on our Menorah, and I GOT TO OPEN ANOTHER GIFT!! Ryan in Santa Cruz sent me a cool airplane on wheels, a GAP sweatshirt jacket and a light blue stocking that says "Little Prince" with Chachkees in it!

I then played at Grandma and Grandpa's house while Mommy and Daddy played at Jennifer and Hector's Holiday Party!!

I am wearing my First Hanukkah gift this year. Panda Earmuffs! They came in the mail from Great Aunt Carole, Great Uncle Jerry, Cousins Larry and Howie in Chicago. My Grandma and Grandpa gave these to Cousin Howie over 20 years ago! Can you believe it?! They also gave me some mooooooooola for my savings account! So nice!

We went to Jon and Dwayne's Hanukkah Party tonight... I had a GREAT time! I think my parents did too (you can tell this is right before we left...I was getting sleepy - this was the last time I used a bottle)!

When Daddy got home from work, he brought a gift from Aunt Lalli and Uncle Sid! My very own Menorah! Guess what Mommy discovered today? My 9th tooth, on the upper right side (in the back)...one of the ones that HURT!

Here I was a year ago with my Mommy... boy have I changed!

We have a very busy weekend, two parties, a visit and my Uncle Landon's birthday celebration! See ya soon!
